Terms
Agenzus Planner · last updated 20 September 2026
Short, because there isn't much to it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@agenzus.com.
The deal. You pay a monthly fee, we keep Agenzus running and your planner safe. Cancel whenever you like. If the first month wasn't worth it, say so within 30 days of your first payment and it's refunded.
What you're buying
- Use of Agenzus Planner on your phone for as long as you pay the monthly fee.
- The features described on the front page, within the monthly allowances shown there (things filed, tidy-ups, writing suggestions, note length). If we change an allowance we'll say so, and never mid-month.
- Your data kept in a backed-up database, and a way to export all of it any time from Settings.
Paying and cancelling
- Billing is monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. Prices include GST.
- Cancel from your Stripe receipt link or by emailing us. You keep access to the end of the month you've paid for.
- After your last paid month your planner stays readable for 30 days, then it's deleted. Export before then if you want a copy.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only, once per person.
Your data
Everything about what we keep, where it goes and who can see it is on the privacy page. The short version: it's yours, we don't sell it, we don't look at it unless you ask us to fix something, and you can take it or delete it whenever you like.
What we ask of you
- One planner per person. Share the app, not your login.
- Don't use it to store other people's information you're not entitled to keep.
- Don't try to break it, overload it, or get around the allowances. If someone does, we may close their planner.
What we can and can't promise
- We aim to keep Agenzus up and reminders on time, and we back up daily. But it runs on phones, networks and services we don't fully control, so a reminder can be late or missed. Don't rely on Agenzus alone for anything where a missed reminder would cause real harm, such as medical doses, court dates or payments with serious penalties. Keep a second reminder for those.
- Filing and writing help come from an AI model. It's good, and it can be wrong. Check dates and amounts on anything that matters.
- To the extent Australian law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and endings
- If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will tell you before it applies.
- If we ever have to shut Agenzus down, you'll get at least 60 days' notice and your export button will work the whole time.
